The 60-day promise

• The seller's page says that if your sketch does not feel right, you can email within 60 days for a full refund, and words it as “no questions asked”.
• The ClickBank checkout for the $67 Complete Package says ClickBank will allow the return or replacement of any product within 60 days of purchase.

Our advice is to plan around 60 days from the day you order and to ask early.

How to ask

• Find the ClickBank receipt in your inbox. It holds your order number, and your card statement shows CLKBANK*smprof for the $37 option or CLKBANK*smsketchcomple for the $67 package.
• Email the seller at [email protected], or contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 (clkbank.com) with your order number and the email you used.
• Write down your purchase date so you can show you asked within the window.

If nothing arrives

The seller says the $67 package arrives within 6 hours and the $37 option within 48 hours, by email. Look in spam and promotions first. If your inbox is still empty after that, contact ClickBank order support with your order number.

Optional extras

An optional add-on can appear on the $37 checkout, and other offers may follow checkout. You are free to decline them, and a refund request can mention any extra you bought.
